Access to the App may be provided, approved, or managed by your organization or by authorized RayLogiX administrators.

• Users of the RayLogiX mobile application
• Authorized RayLogiX account holders
• Transporters and organization-linked users
• Device-level information required for login, notifications, security, and App operation

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Profile Information

When you register, sign in, or use a RayLogiX account, we may process:

• Mobile number
• Account role and permissions
• Organization or tenant identifiers
• Login and authentication information

Passwords and authentication credentials are handled using appropriate security measures and are not displayed within the App.

2.2 Logistics and Operational Information

Depending on your role and permissions, RayLogiX may process logistics-related information including:

• Load and shipment information
• Pickup and delivery routes
• Transportation-related details
• Rates, bids, and offers
• Load assignments
• Bid and offer status
• Load status, including Open, Confirmed, Assigned, or Cancelled
• Operational comments and notes
• Load, bid, assignment, and offer notifications
• Reports or other logistics modules available to your account

This information is processed to provide the core functionality of RayLogiX to you and your organization.

2.3 Device and Technical Information

To operate the App securely and provide notifications, we may process:

• App-generated device identifier
• Device name or hostname
• Operating system
• RayLogiX App version
• Push notification token
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) information
• Push notification provider type
• Basic connectivity, API, and session information

2.4 Authentication and Session Information

RayLogiX may securely store authentication tokens and related session information on your device so that you can remain signed in and access authorized App functionality.

2.5 Notification Information

If you enable notifications, RayLogiX may process:

• Notification titles and messages
• Load or bid identifiers
• Operational alert metadata
• Notification delivery information
• Unread notification information

This information allows RayLogiX to display relevant operational alerts and direct you to the appropriate screen when you interact with a notification.

3. Information We Do Not Currently Collect

Based on the current functionality of RayLogiX, the App does not currently use the following as part of its core functionality:

• Continuous or precise background GPS location tracking
• Device contacts list
• Photos or camera roll access as a core App feature
• Advertising identifiers for third-party advertising
• Personal information for third-party advertising or independent marketing

If new features require additional types of information in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use information processed through RayLogiX to:

• Provide load-board and logistics functionality

You may withdraw permissions such as notifications through your device settings. Certain App functionality may be affected when permissions are disabled.

6.1 Your Organization

RayLogiX is an organization-linked logistics platform. Authorized administrators associated with your organization may have access to operational information related to your account, including loads, bids, assignments, offers, and related workflow information.

6.2 Service Providers

We may use trusted technology and infrastructure providers to operate RayLogiX, including:

• Cloud and API hosting providers
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications
• Infrastructure, security, and technical service providers

These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

6.3 Legal and Security Disclosures

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings
• Respond to lawful governmental requests

• Protect the safety and security of users and organizations

We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

If you believe your RayLogiX account has been accessed without authorization, please change your password and contact your organization administrator or RayLogiX support immediately.

We retain personal and operational information only for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes including:

• Providing RayLogiX and related services
• Maintaining operational records
• Meeting audit requirements
• Meeting contractual, regulatory, or legal requirements
• Resolving disputes
• Protecting and enforcing legal rights

Account and logistics records may be retained according to our internal policies and the requirements of the organization associated with your account.

Information stored locally on your device, including authentication tokens, preferences, and device identifiers, may remain until you:

• Log out of RayLogiX
• Clear application data
• Uninstall the App

Uninstalling the App generally removes locally stored App information from your device. Server-side account and operational records may remain where required for operational, contractual, audit, or legal purposes.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law and your organization's account management policies, you may have rights to:

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of eligible personal information
• Request restriction of certain processing activities
• Object to certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent for optional device permissions
• Request a portable copy of eligible personal information

Because RayLogiX accounts may be managed by your organization, certain requests may need to be coordinated with your organization's administrator.

Device Controls

You may also:

• Disable notifications in your device settings
• Revoke applicable operating-system permissions
• Log out of RayLogiX
• Clear App data
• Uninstall RayLogiX

10. Push Notifications

RayLogiX may use push notifications to provide important operational information including:

• New load alerts
• Bid updates
• Offers
• Load assignments
• Confirmation updates
• Other logistics-related notifications

RayLogiX may use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver these notifications.

You may disable push notifications through your device settings. Some operational alerts may no longer be available if notifications are disabled.

11. Children's Privacy

RayLogiX is designed for professional and business use by authorized users and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 or below the minimum legal age applicable in the user's jurisdiction.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through RayLogiX, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

12. International Data Transfers

Information processed through RayLogiX may be stored or processed in India and/or other countries where our infrastructure providers or service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for the transfer and processing of personal information across jurisdictions.

RayLogiX may rely on third-party technology platforms and service providers, including Google Firebase, to provide functions such as push notifications.

Third-party providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, contractual commitments, and applicable law.
